rice & Milk in crockpot overnite (keir?)

02/09/03 		a long time ago(18 years) I had a recipe for this stuff called Keir. You put rice and milk and some other stuff in the crockpot overnight and ate it for breakfast. It was very yummy and I don't know how to make it anymore. Can you help?

I could eat this stuff, which is basically an Indian rice cream or rice pudding, until it ran out my ears! I will post the recipe for "Kheer" and variations in the crockpot section of the recipe box for Val;entine's day. Ellen
