Serving breakfast for 700 teens? (BUDGETING)

01/15/12 		I'm in charge of cooking burritos for breakfast at a church youth rally(3 days),i need help with the quantities of food i will need for the breakfast which includes eggs, chorizo, sour cream and flour tortillas. If you could also include the estimate of the cost for all these ingredients it would be very helpful please. Thank you so much for your help.

There is a recipe for make-ahead breakfast tacos in my OAMC section.

I can't do your costs because they vary from region to region, but I can give you amounts:

I would plan to do 1000 per day.
Per 100
120 eggs
12 pounds sausage
3 1/2 pounds, approximately shredded cheese
3 1/2 pounds, sour cream
100 tortillas
