i want to make lasagna in a large roaster for a church dinner...any special instructinos? since everything is precooked assembling it in a roaster should work since we are just heating it and melting the cheese |

Yes. Use heavy non-stick spray and coat with the grated dry Parm cheese. Preheat the roaster for at least 20 minutes before inserting the cooking pan with the lasagna. Length of time depends on how thick the layer is, from the same to about double. Use an instant read thermometer, should be 165. |
