Cooking for 400 people

I would like to cook a asian dishe " Beef broccoli" and I really need to know how many pound of beef and broccoli I need for 400 people.

01/17/12 		Usually this is served as one of several dishes, so you make quite a bit less than if it is the only dish. Are you serving just one, or several dishes?

01/18/12 		OK. Then I would suggest 1 pound of lean beef per 6 and 1 pound broccoli per 8-10.
