Morning Ellen, I'm cooking chicken & rice with cream of mushroom soup in about month. My question is, what is the easiest way to cook rice for 40 adults? and, how much do you think I should cook? Thanks for all your help, this is not the 1st. you helped me out. |

I cook it in the oven in a big covered blue roaster, see the baked rice recipes in the recipe box. The very easiest is a restaurant size rice steamer, of course... Probably 5 pounds unless they are very big eaters. |
