I am catering an afternoon wedding for 250. They will be serving appetizers while picture taking and want 3 appetizers passed while guests wait. They will be having two tables of cream cheese/crackers spreads (guests serve themselves) as well as a popcorn machine going at the same time. I'd like to get an idea of how many appetizers total I would need for this crowd. Any ideas of what to serve that is inexpensive. Their budget is about $500. Thanks so much! |

Nice plan. With the starchy snacks all taken care of, (or skewers, if the insist on passing), I would suggest fruit trays and two veggie things such as stuffed mushrooms. Allow about 2 ounces of fruit and 2 of each of the others per person. |
