I was going to do Penne pasta in one roaster and alfrado sauce in another roaster and marinara sauce in another roaster and chicken in a crockpot and do salads and cupcakes. What do you think of doing this for a party? and pros and cons on it. and how much pasta would I need and how do I keep them from gettting hard or sticky? |

Make baked pasta dishes if you don't want hard or sticky, see the spaghetti page for ideas. You need at least 4 serving lines with separate beverage and dessert areas, and you need a dozen helpers to do a party this size, even buffet style. |
