i am having a party 40 people. thinking of grilling the chicken on gas grill around 1 in afternoon then would like to eat at 5:30. After chicken is grilled i would place in pan in the fridge. Then soak the chiken in bbq sauce in the oven for 15-20 min to heat before I serve. will this work? any ideas |

I would marinate the chicken overnight to ensure it stays moist. Also make sure when you heat it in the oven that you do so at a lower temp. You are just warming it after all. |

The chicken must be cooked completely before taking off the grill- 165 degrees internal. Preheat the sauce before you slide the chicken in. |
