I am making a hazlenut torte with marsapone cheese and whipping cream. Can I make it ahead of time and freeze until the day of my party? Not sure if a mousse type thing freezes well. Thanks. |

No, the cream and mascarpone won't hold. You can probably do the hazelnut layers ahead, do one and freeze it and try it, see if you are satisfied. |
