Cooking for 150 people

I have to cater for 150 people in a couple of weeks, I need to know quantities of meat and salad ingredients for the menu below if possible.
- Beef Stroganoff
- Butter Chicken
- Pork Ribs
- Macaroni Salad
- Ceaser's Salad

This is a peculiar menu. What is the event?

It is a Christening Party. The crowd is a mix of Canadians and Indians. I also have rice and a cauliflower vegt.to be added to this menu.

That helps. Many Indians do not eat pork, is this group pork eaters or not?

This group does eat pork. I would say about 75%.

Mac salad and Ceasar salad see the plan for 100 table.

This will be meaty, and my estimates are for US eaters who eat a little more meat than most folks.

Beef Stroganoff- 1 pound boneless raw beef per 4
Butter Chicken- 1 pound boneless raw chicken per 4
Pork Ribs- 1 pound per 2-3 people (3 if bones are small, 2 if they are large)
