trying to come up with budget. Need help with amounts, especially drinks. What best quantities to use. Ppl will be able to choose whatever drink they desire or several.

If it is volunteer, this is not a complete menu, I hope? I need the whole menu.

Does mixed drinks mean liquor, or mixtures of the ones you name? You do need SOMETHING sugar free, for the many lo cal and diabetic drinkers in a group this size.
