corned beef in roaster oven

02/11/12 		I have heard 3-4 different cook times for corned beef in roaster oven. I have 2 3.5 lb briskets that I need to cook in roaster oven. Is it 20 min/lb? Hour/lb? Or? Can you help me?

02/11/12 		It depends on how you are going to cook it. If you are going to simmer, it is different from if you are going to roast- so how would you like to cook it?
