02/17/12 		Im serving Ham, Turkey, and leg quarters, all bone-in. I dont know how much of eat to serve. HELP!!!!

02/17/12 		Unusual selection. I would make 45 vpounds whole turkey. 40 pounds ham and 40 quarters, I would cut about 1/2 the quarters apart after cooking.
