Domn't open till you need the first batch. As soon as it is open, transfer use-sized amounts to real freezer baggs,- this is where I would shell out for those new double layer ones- expell all possible air before sealing, freeze, or at leat refrigerate. Mkae some marzipan, it is worth it once or twice in a lifetime!
