Appetizers

02/23/12 		How many appetizers should I serve for a 50th Wedding Anniversary drop-in? I know that one of items the parents would like is chicken salad on home made wheat rolls and other light appetizers. I was thinking maybe 4 or 5 and then some cookies or bon bons. They also want a 3-tiered cake. They are sending out 135 invitations. Thank you so much!

You will get about 110 people.

2 little sandwiches per person.

Total of 8-10 other "bites", where a "bite" is 1/4 cup dip, or 1 ounce cheese, or 1 mini quiche or 2 ounces fruit, etc.
