Making enough for 200, using a whole chicken breast, want to make the day before cooking, can I just refrigerate? Then cooking time - how long for each roasting pan, that will hold 3 batches of each recipe? |

yes, you can just refrigerate it overnight. "To cook immediately, pour sauce over chicken and bake covered for 40 minutes at 350 F." Because you have cold, it will take about an hour to 1 1/2 hours at 325, like thawed.. |
