Just to review: for making day before cooking; brown chicken - cool - store in ziploc bags in fridge. Prepare sauce - cool -store in fridge. When ready to cook, pour sauce over chicken 325 1 - 1.5 hrs. |

Brown thoroughly. Chill very fast (I would put it in the freezer on a cookie sheet until cold, if I had the chance), then into the freezer. The less time "warm", the better. Otherwise, go to it. |
