My daughter is getting married in May. Jen and her husband to be own an outfitting company. I cook for 14 people a week during hunting season. We have decided to self-cater our daughters wedding. There will be 250 guests at the wedding. We are serving wild game. Sliced moose roast, deer meatballs and deer smoked sausage. How much of each meat will we need? The meat will be hot. Then cold salads-potato, pasta, taco salad and coleslaw. Also, cheese pickles and buns. My sisters and I are planning and preparing the meal. I guess my question is how much meat to cook? Is the each salad a cup per person? |
