I am roasting full pork loins in roasters for 40 people. Could you please tell me how many pounds of raw loin will be needed and will 2 roasters be sufficent for that? |

Two roasters are sufficient. You need 20 pounds boneless raw loin. |

Sorry, but forgot to ask at what roasting temp should they be set on in the roasters and for what length of time. Thanks so much. |

They need to be the same size in the same roaster. See the beef roasting article for advice on multiple pieces at the same time- you want a 160 internal temp. |
