Pulled Pork for 100 in roaster pans

02/29/12 		I need to feed 100 people pulled pork this coming weekend. How long will I need to cook 40 lbs. of pork in 2 roaster pans?

02/29/12 		You go by the size of the largest piece, cook at LOW temp, tightly covered. 8 hours approx at 200, 4 hours approx at 275-300.
