tomotes on a salad for 300

03/04/12 		I checked out several posts and the plan for 100 pages, but didn/t wuite find what I needed.

How many pounds of cherry or cherub tomatoes will I need to top my self serve buffet salad for 300 ppl. The salad already has cheese, bacon bits and croutons.

03/04/12 		I purchase 9 pounds per 100 people to allow 3-4 each. Be careful and WEIGH the packages; some hold only 10-12 ounces.
