What time does it start and how long will it last, and are you going to have plain juice for the kids? Also, what about some plain bacon or ham? Also, are the fruit and yogurt separate, or are you thinking of mixing them? Also, will you have cake? I would probably make a few adjustments to make the meal a little more "kid-friendly"; write back.

Start time is 10:30. I have water, OJ, apple juice and milk, for the kids along with chocolate syrup. Magician is coming at 12 for an hour then we will have sheet cake.

OK.
For kid preference and neatness, I suggest French toast sticks rather than slices.

mini bagels- about 60- 4 cups cream cheese, jam
French toast- 2 sticks per person

Fresh fruit- do the tray for 50- 2 of my trays for 25 or 1/2 the deluxe tray for 100
yogurt- little cups? about 25
Quiche- 1 slice per adult
wrap platter- 2 pieces per adult, 1 piece per kid, if it is a kid friendly flavor
Pasta salad- 3 pounds dry pasta plus add-ins

Now about these sausage balls.
If this is the little appetizer style Bisquick and sausage ball, about 2 per adult.

I strongly suggest you add either scrambles eggs, or sliced ham- see the scrambled eggs that hold recipe in the recipe box, or 10-12 pounds sliced ham.

Drinks
Usually mimosas are more popular than bloody Mary's, but it depends on the crowd. Even a drinking crowd will only do 2 per person at brunch.
