03/06/12 		Hello.. I am having a fund raiser with about 300 people. I am serving Brisket, pinto beans and rice. How many pounds of each would I need to purchase to make it enought?

03/07/12 		Renee, brisket is an expensive entree because you nee to buy 1 pound per 2 people if you are serving full plates. Can you do a menu change?
