doubling a roast

03/07/12 		I have a receipe for a 4lb leg of lamb I want to cook two 4lb legs in the same oven at the same time how do I adjust the time and temp. to get two nice juicy roasts?

03/07/12 		Preheat the oven and cook as for 1 roast, using a meat thermometer. Two the same size doesn't take much longer than one.
