Bar BQ pulled pork

03/07/12 		Hi, I have a 22qt roaster oven (Hamilton Beach). I am having a big party of over 100 people and want to make BBQ pulled pork using pork roast. How many pounds can I cook at one time and for how long. What are your recommendations?

03/08/12 		You need 2 roasters full per 100. 20 pounds meat is the max at one time. Same as your regular oven on the time and temp, or set at 300 and treat as a high crock pot.
