I need to make grilled shrimp with Alfredo Sauce. How many shrimp per serving, what size shrimp should I buy? Any one have a recipe for Alfredo sauce for 150 people |

See the Alfredo style sauce for 100 on the spaghetti page. Allow at least 1 pounds shelled, headless per 4 people if it is the only entree. Size per the good buy- 40 per pound and up. |
