I don't know if you are familiar with wimpie sandwiches, but it is on a round loaf of hawaiin bread and is composed of egg salad and ham salad, with the bread being cut in slices and the filling layered between the slices. How many sandwiches would I need to cut and serve to 175 people? |

These loaves usually weigh a bound, which is equivalent to 6-8 sandwiches. I would do about 32 sandwiches, if this is the only sandwich. |
