Hi Ellen, We are doing a 50's themed fund-raiser dinner for approximately 200 people (mostly adults, some children) and are wondering how many hamburgers and hotdogs to serve. How much ketchup, mustard, relish, etc. would we need to serve with that? We also are planning a green lettuce salad, mac and cheese, and potato chips. I've checked your site for the condiment list under sandwiches, but it doesn't mention hamburger condiments (or am I just not seeing it?). Any help would be greatly appreciated! I LOVE your site and we are using all of your information for the sundae bar as our dessert! Thanks so much, Jennifer? |

The condiments are the same as for all other sandwiches, last thing under "sandwich fixin's". I would purchase 1 burger plus 1 dog per person, but I usually get Polish sausages instead, I like them much better. Only open 1/2 the dogs until you see how they are going. |
