So I'm throwing a large party tomorrow. It starts at 2pm. I'm doing a taco bar.

Should

A) I cook all the meat tonight, put it in the fridge, and then put it in the crock pots an hour before we start to set up??

Or

B) Cook all the meat tomorrow morning and keep it in crock pots all day. Party ends at 5pm.

Yes, cook the meat tonight so you can drain it and it can sit in its spices. It will NOT get hot in the pots in an hour. Put it in the oven for an hour and then transfer to the pots to keep warm, or put in the pots on high for at least 3 hours.

Wow Thanks!!!!

(I warned you I'm not good at cooking!!)

What seasoning should I add to the meat???
I have been trying soooo hard to find your taco seasoning recipe but I can't find it anywhere on the website.

I'm cooking 15-20 lbs of ground chicken AND ground beef tonight.
