I'm making posole for 100 people. For 5-6 it6 calls for 1.5 lbs. of pork cut in 1/2 inch cubes. How much pork for 100 and how much broth - it calls for 6 cups for 5-6 folks. Thanks.

You want 24 to 30 pounds of pork, 6 1/2 to7 gallons of broth.
