Hello, Your site is awesome, just stumbled upon it. Anyways, I was planning on doing a Taco bar for out engagement party (50-60 people), thinking of using disposable Sternos, Not sure on amount of beef and such. And at what temp does the meat have to be held at?

Kristin, use the amounts on the taco/potato bar and do 1/2 if you are sure of 50 or less, 2/3 if 60+. |
