03/10/12 		I am helping with an American Legion St Patricks day meal and was asked to cook the cabbage for 150. Do/Can I cook it separately from the Corned Beef, being cooked by someone else? Will it still be good? How much cabbage should I cook for that many people?

03/10/12 		Yes, Cook about 30 pounds wedges and either use a beef bouillon broth or get some of the corned beef cooking water.
