Corned Beef and Cabbage, Potatoes and Carrots

I saw the detailed instructions for cooking corned beef in the 18 Quart roaster, but can you be more specific on when to add the vegetables? I am attempting to cook for about 12 people this Sunday and would like to time it so it will be ready when we get home from Church! I plan to cook the corned beef in the roaster first and then add the veggies, but just don't know how long to cook 4 heads of cabbage, 2 lbs of carrots and 5 lbs of potatoes...HELP!?!
