Nachos and hot dogs for 400

I am running a food booth for a fundraiser and am thinking we will have about 400 people. We are serving hot dogs, cookies, bagged chips, canned soda and nachos. Time is 5:30PM to 8:30 PM and will be elementary school kids and their families. Can you help me estimate how much to buy? Thank you so much!

03/19/12 		Kristi, in these days of more health-minded eating, you don't have anything on this menu that the more concerned parents are going to buy, so this is a tough estimate. For example, nitrate free hot dogs, juice as well as soda, tiny bags of carrots or apple slices or at least baked chips as well as chips. It also matters what else is being offered in other booths.
