Quanity of Beans/onions needed to feed 300

03/19/12 		I am getting married in a couple of months and need to fix chile beans for approx. 300 people. This of course will be a side dish. Will also be preparing a green salad. Could you please advise on how many pounds of beans / onions I will need. Also suggestions for the salad so that we don't run out. I would rather have more than of course not enough. Thank you for your help and suggestions.
