Hi, I've been referring to your site quite often while planning my buffet wedding. We are planning to order 40 pounds from Philly's famous Espositos pork roast (for pork sandwiches or a la carte with veg) and the the remainder of the meal will be prepared by two cooks from a restaurant I worked at a very long time. We think we need one more meat (Chicken breast), but I'm not sure how many pounds to have them prepare in addition to the pork. We are also serving, a roasted potato, stringbean, and a penne pasta in red sauce. Possibly, one more fun pasta with sausage pieces. |
