Ann you need to make some efforts to estimate the items that are covered in the various planning lists and post it, then I have something to work with.

Also, the type of event, length of time.

Not a pro. This for a retirement party. Time 7:pm until 12Midnight.
1 bag of boneless chicken breast serves 32,1 can green beans serves 18,(can)whole frozen serves 27,large pork tenderloins (approx. 10lbs),shrimp mold, spinach dip,crackers,baquette bread,and powdered lemonade serves approx. 136. cornbread dressing with gibblets and ground meat.

OK. This is what I would make/buy:

Shrimp Mold 1/3 cup per person
Spinach Dip 1/3 cup per person
crackers- 1 1/2 ounces per person

chicken breast(boneless)- 1 pound raw per 4
pork tender loins- 1 pound raw per three
You need both

cornbread dressing- see my stuffing/dressing recipes
whole green beans- 22 pounds ready to eat per 100, or 5 #10 cans. Look at my better green bean casserole recipe in the holiday cooking section at the top of Big Pots, it is easy and very popular

Fresh fruit(mixed)- see the fruit tray page
chocolate covered strawberries- 2 per person
I assume there will be cake or some such?

baquette bread-12 pounds per 100, 2-3 pounds butter per 100
lemonade or punch- 8 gallons per 100, PLUS you need some unsweetened iced tea (at least 2 gallons per 100) and I suggest dinner coffee, see the bevergae page
