i want to make hash browns, corned beef hash, and egg bake. recipe attached, do you think this is enough ingredients. 25 adults and 15 kids, babies to pre-schoolers

Ingredients
• 2 package (32 ounces) frozen hash brown potatoes, par cooked
• Corned Beef Hash, par cooked
• 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese, hold 1 cup for topping
• 24 eggs
• 4 cups milk

Directions
• layer hash browns, hash, cheese into a greased baking dish. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk until smooth; pour over hash brown mixture.
