1st baby birthday party for 50 guests at a near by park. Serving tossed salad, potato salad, pasta salad and macncheese, burgers and hot dogs. Variety of dessers.How many Pans measuring 20 1/2" x 12 1/2" x 3" D would be needed of each item? |

These hold about 7 quarts-3 9x13 pans- about 25 entree servings, 30-35 side salads, so you are looking at 2 of each; you will have some left over. as 1 is not enough but 2 is 2 much. 1 burger plus 1 hotdog (I like Polish sausage or kielbasa better), but only open the second half of the sausages when you see how it is going. |
