Hello I'm sure this question has been asked but I have not been able to locate it. How many pounds of raw Turkey breast would I need to serve a crowd of 100?
We are also doing- an assortment of desserts, fruits, veggies and nuts. |

One pound boneless turkey breast makes 12 ounces cooked- which makes 4 sandwiches hot, shredded with sauce or gravy. |

I am having a potato bar for my daughter's grad party. Looking for a hot shredded chicken recipe to use as one of the items to top the potato. Want to use the same shredded chicken in a sandwich in case someone doesn't like baked potatoes. Having 125 people...how many crock pots of the shredded chicken do I need ( have lots of other toppings...ham, bacon, sour cream, etc) |
