Fish Fry Batter

We will be deep frying 5 0z cod loins
and have 96 of them - 30 pounds
we will be using dry pre made batter - how much batter will i need to properly coat all the fish?

I allow 1/2 cup per 2 pounds for dredging, so about 8 cups=2 quarts, which is about 3 pounds.

However, batter takes a lot more, about 6 pounds of dry mix and 4 quarts of buttermilk or other liquid for 30 pounds.

Club soda as the liquid and basil or a bit of garlic in the flour is good.
