03/30/12 		I have 30 cans of sauce at 6pounds 10 ounces each how many pounds of pasta do i need for that? I was told that would feed 300 people. How many pounds of salad would i need? We are getting the bagged salad.

03/30/12 		A number 10 can holds about 3/4 of a gallon, or 3 quarts. I generally allow 1 cup per person, so one can serves about a dozen.

Salad, use the plan for 100 table, make 3 times the amount.
