| Shell 04/01/12 | I am planning serving 300 guests. We are having pulled pork standwiches on 1.34 oz sliced dinner rolls. Sweedish Meat balls 5/8 oz a piece in size. Potatoe Salad. Asian Cole Slow. Baked Beans. Doritoes. Cookies and Cake. Please confirm that I will have enough of each item to allow for a sucessful lunch. 70 lb of raw pork shoulder roast with bone. I planning on making it up in advance and reheating in an oven roaster. (3-4 hour of reheat time-- Will that be enough) 6-6lb bags of Frozen Meetballs(each is supposed to serve 32 people at 5 meatball each)(3-4 hour of reheat time-- Will that be enough
Potatoe Salad- 75lbs Please review and let me know where I need to fix quanities and or alter reheat time. Thanks! |
| ellen 04/04/12 | Hi, Shell 70 lb of raw pork shoulder roast with bone. I planning on making it up in advance and reheating in an oven roaster. (3-4 hour of reheat time-- Will that be enough) Reheat is fine, but not enough meat. Even allowing just one bun per person, it makes no more than 4 per pound. 6-6lb bags of Frozen Meetballs(each is supposed to serve 32 people at 5 meatball each)(3-4 hour of reheat time-- Will that be enough OK
Potato Salad- 75lbs this is usually less than 3 gallons. I do 3 gallons per 100 for reception level food. |
