My husband and I are cooking an italian feast for our junior/senior prom - approx. 300 teens. I have a recipe for lasagna for 100 that I'm going to triple. Any suggestions on how to make fettucini with alfredo sauce for 300? I'm baking herbed chicken breasts to serve with it. |

There is a recipe for alfredo style sauce for 100 on the spaghetti page, with discussion of pasta amounts. Fr 300 teens, I would do 200 lasagna and 200 alfredo |
