Yes, making tapioca with juice is common in other parts of the world, BUT minute tapioca and large pearl tapioca DO NOT cook the same. You need a pearl tapioca recipe: www.101cookbooks.com/archives/tapioca-pudding-recipe.html soak large pearl, up to 4-6 hours before cooking. Sub juice for milk. |
