Hi Ellen,
I have looked in your food for 100,but still am not sure about how much of a vegtable medley of cauliflower,broccoli and carrots,to buy for serving about 250 people. It will be cooked and served with garlic butter. Also it seems when we serve a lettuce or garden salad we always have so much left if we follow the recommended amount. Any tips on how better to figure this? Like do you include young kids in your count? Thank you so much, this website,it is alot of help! I will consider a donation!!

I would buy 55 pounds frozen ready to cook.

Young kids (under 10)only count as 1/2, especially for salad, which they mostly don't eat...

Hi Ellen,
We are having a Wedding dinner in the evening and a guest list about 300 people. I'm unsure of how many pounds of coleslaw will I need?
