Are you planning to serve ALL these meats at one meal? The usual plan for this many people is 3 meats- with this many, it is very difficult to divide so that you don't run out of the favorite, and the favorite varies from group to group. Also, has someone cooking done fried fish for a large group before? This is a tricky dish for a crowd unless it is the only one being prepared. |
