Help. I've been put in charge for arranging a potluck luncheon for hs boys team that includes our team and visiting team including both teams coaches and family members which is a t. I need to create a sign up sheet for people to bring items. I'm thinking just doing one meat (hot dogs). I need help figuring out quantities total and then for people to sign up and bring items. Hot dogs buns casseroles individual wrapped snack chips fruit pasta salad green salad beans veggies dip bottled water bottled gatorade cookies cupcakes |

What I try to do when designing sign up sheets is to divide the foods so there is the right amount and the costs of each are about the same. Here is an article: www.ellenskitchen.com/forum/messages/23296.html You would adapt to the items you want to use, and increase the number of slots 1/4 for 120-125. You can post your estimate and I will check it for you. |
