frozen lasagna

I have made 13x18 pans of lasagna for my son's rehearsal supper, and they are frozen. Do I need to thaw first (then how long in the fridge) or can I cook from frozen. We live about 2 hours away from the wedding, so will have to transport and would prefer to leave them frozen. I will be using the church kitchen, which has a large commercial stove. How long should they take if cooked from frozen? Thanks so much for your help:)

Either way, but these big pans frozen take up to 3-3 1/2 hours to cook to 180 in the middle of the pan; thawed, about 1/2 that. Preheat the oven. Cover the pans until the last 1/2 hour.
