Hello - In May I'll be doing a potato bar for a grad party for about 100 people. I wanted to use broccoli (frozen) as a topping option. What is the best way to prepare that large of an amount of frozen broccoli? Could I toss it in a crockpot? Thank you. Prayers for your Dad and Family. |

I would steam it quickly, then keep it warm uncovered in the crock on low. An easy alternative is to add cheese sauce, which keeps it from drying out. |
